I was at the GA Tech / GA game last night

First, Georgia Tech threw a party like I have never seen before in college football. Ludacris brought the house down.
Next, Georgia fans are fricking terrible. I'm ok with a trash / shite talking but these people took it to a new level.
Several fights broke out in the stadium.
Georgia fans cannot handle their alcohol. They are the most obnoxious fanbase in college football. A bunch of fricking losers.
I have been around a lot of college football fans in the past 35 years. I have never had a problem with any fanbase. Sure some drunk people here and there but Georgia fans were on a whole nother' level of classless douchiness.
A Georgia fan somehow snuck tomatoes into the game and was throwing them at cheerleaders and hit one in the face. Then later on in the game a fight broke out in our section with a young Georgia fan and an older (probably 60 year old) GA Tech fan. The Georgia fan just started beating the shite out of this old man for no reason. Like, What in the actual frick?
After the game, I read and heard there were several other fights in the stands.
I have been to many GA Tech / Georgia games in my life and usually it has always been fun and innocent type shite talking but holy shite something has happened to that fanbase. It has turned into fricking trash. Just a bunch of fricking trash who take a college sport way too fricking seriously.
It was good to see them sweat last night. They were nervous that Tech was on the verge of pulling off the upset. It was great to watch them panic in real time.
Big Bad Georgia struggled with little small Nerds.
Georgia was clearly Bigger, Stronger, Faster, but they were NOT better coached. Our rookie coach outcoached the big bad arse Kirby Smart.
The thing that killed Tech last night was special teams. The kicking was just terrible and gave UGA great field position after every kickoff.
Our little nerds hit Georgia square in the mouths and their pussy arse, white trash garbage fanbase did not like that and it showed with classless assholes in the stands the entire night.
By the way, it was cute when one of our players went down with a serious injury and UGA fans started celebrating that injury - Such a classy fanbase.

Oh I'm not mad - I'm proud of my team. We have gone through a living hell the last few seasons from Geoff Collins.
I have never been more proud t be a Georgia Tech fan because the future is very bright for our program. Will we win National Championships? Doubt it but I do think we will constantly be a Top 25 team every season and I am ok with that.
Georgia Tech is not a football school. It's an Academic school.

I think it’s probably safe to assume that a long sustained period of success like Georgia is having now will bring in the trashier side walk fans.

I lived right in the middle of Alabama for 6 years and was around Alabama / Auburn fans for 6 years of my life. I always thought Alabama was the lowlife trash until last night being around that Georgia trash

There is always a certain type of person waiting around for their team to become dominant and then they come out of the woodwork (think Dallas Cowboys, Bama, LSU, and now UGA) so they can feel good about themselves for a change. UGA will have a high level of aholes until they start to lose again and then they will go away. The smaller schools tend not to have as much sidewalk trash.
