I think Tua has smaller numbers but a better efficiency rating this season.

Sark is going to slow it down a little more for him with the play action and better zone running game. Tua will still get to throw the deep ball here and there, but he should feel much more comfortable this season and not feel like he has to score on every throw.
This offense could be like our old “lull you to sleep” type but it will have the most weapons we have ever had in the history of Alabama offense.
Now just gotta hope the defense is like the defense of old, but I doubt we see any more defenses like that for a long time.

He already set the record for efficiency rating last year.

Yea, imagine it without those forced interceptions at the end of the year.

So he only plays the 1st quarter this year

Tom Brady and Peyton Manning make mistakes, he's not infallible.

Maybe. Or maybe he sucks a meat missile. At this point we are sort of shrugging and guessing here.
My concern would be he made great strides with the old QB coach and maybe he slips back with the new one. Even though Sark is a great QB coach, except when he's passed out drunk, does Tua take that one step back this year?
If he does are we setting the stage for Clemson roflstomps Bama 2, Electric Bungholio?

That’s one pitiful take, my friend.

Enh, we haven't seen him take a snap yet this season. So you get the meh take. I'll update once we know what we are working with.

That was only good enough for a participation trophy

I wish Kiffin had had a chance to coach Tua for a season or two. Good lord, that would have been amazing.
