I think Nutt is ironically the reason Ole Miss might leave Starkville with a win. I've seen that douche ruin my tiger's season first hand too many times, and I think merlin's posse is underestimating what Nutt's squat does when his arse is on the line.

I think it'll depend on rather or not OM has a chance to leave Starkville bowl eligible or not.
Having said that, we're going to be a 10-14 point favorite at home.

I was also in the Rock for the 'Miracle on Markham' in 2002. I guess to be fair, we would have put those fukers to bed had mauck been able play. We'll see, but if I were a state fan I sure as hell wouldn't be as confident as most on here are

2002 LSU wasn't a very good team. Nutt has only 'upset' LSU once in his career. He had better teams in 2002, 2008, and 2009. 2007 was the only major upset over LSU. Mullen runs circles around Nutt and his staff in X's and O's and has teams that are too physical for Nutt's bunch.

LSU was a top 5 team before Florida hung 52 on them in 2008. Your point? Rankings at the time don't mean much. Ole Miss finished with the same record and had better talent across the board.

Perhaps, but that 2002 LSU teamshould have been in Atlanta go get spanked by UGA, not Arkansas

Mullen doesn't lose to teams he should beat. And as far as the seventy years thing, we are busting traditions left and right, so that too will fall.
Mullen doesn't underestimate teams, Starkville will be in a frenzy for that last regular season game. If I was a Bear fan I don't even know if I would want to try and go. It's going to be ON!
