I think I've figured out what separates UGA fans from the rest of us

They believe their own bullshite much moreso than any other fan base. About their school, about their team(s), about their place of relevance in the landscape of college athletics, academia, in the business world, all of it.
Took me a while to figure it out, but I believe I'm 100% accurate.

Sad little Aubies still melting over the fact that UGA has won the SEC and been to the natty more recently. But with 4-loss Gus driving the Bus that won't change anytime soon.

You realize that those of us who don't hate Georgia don't see that, right? I'm sure they have been annoying to you and the Auburn fanbase on occasion -- all fanbases have their annoying elements -- and, yes, some of the bitching some low post count UGA fans have been doing for the last week got old quickly, but most fanbases have to come to grips with the fact that their hate for their rivals is usually based on their desire to hate, not on some larger issue that the rest of the world can see.
Except Tennessee, of course. Those fans are despicable manatee molesters, and by 'manatee,' I do mean their co-eds.

I mean can you even call UGA/AU or Bama/AU a rivalry anymore? Both Bama and UGA have dominated Auburn in the last decade. That's probably why many of their fans want to renew the UF rivalry

The significance of this can't be understated.
The iron bowl was considered the south's most hated rivalry. It was considered the only rivalry that could compete with michigan v ohio.
This last championship game has permanantly ruined that through no fault of Bama. There are high school rivalries more hated than Auburn v Bama.
