I think the confusion is with Bama fans and trying to equate “can’t be charged with a crime” and “morally clear”.

Derrius Guice had all charges dropped. I would call out any lsu fan that tried to defend him or defend lsu for allowing him to play because of that. However I was happy to see most lsu fans thought like me

Bama seems to be in lock step to support the player. It’s Penn state like

Miller wasn't involved in the murder.
He had the murder weapon and murderer in the back seat of his car seconds before the murder and a couple of gunshots hit his car. He may or may not be legally culpable, be he 100% was involved.

What did he think was going to happen at 2 oclock in the morning, he was going to target practice. Miller told him there was 1 in the head that means 1 in the chamber, no he didn't think anything bad was going to happen. He knew there was an altercation that had already taken place. If you or I got a call at that time to bring a gun to someone and he killed somebody we would be charged as an accessory. I live in Ala so this doesn't surprise me 1 bit that Alabama is playing him.

The lawyer is obviously lying. He said Killer never left the car!\
So he was in the car when it got shot up?

You must believe he is really fricking stupid if you believe that thought never went through his mind. Like can't even read level stupidity.

Seems to be the case with the text message, or at least lying by omission.

Yes? Are you under the impression cars explode like in the movies when they are hit with a bullet? The lawyer is definitely spinning this, but cars get shot a lot without anyone inside being hit.

OK, did Miller KNOW there was going to be a murder?

No......

Did Miller try to help the victim? Did he call 911 and stay at the scene? Did he call an ambulance for those injured and dead? Give me a break he not only brought the gun, he told his murdering buddy there was one in the chamber, he parked behind the victim, he then loaded everyone up and ran from the scene then called after they knew someone in their car was shot and they lied to police about what happened. It's crazy how far an institution I greatly respect and praise as a competitor, has gone to cover up this instance to keep a player on the team and winning. Keep spinning, the world sees what you're about.

Dude. it was two bullets in the goddamned windshield!

Are you under the impression that auto glass is bullet proof?

What a stupid rebuttal lmfao.

I don’t know if you did this on purpose or if you are the person OP is referencing. Most of this was done by Miles, not Miller.

Miller was the one who brought the (juice/murder weapon) to Miles so that he could proteck hisself. Miles was the pussy who then passed the gun on to someone else who then murdered someone.
