Actually that was not the only time it happened at PSU, it happened years earlier with another coach. PSU covered it up.
The police did know and did move forward with Sandusky.
Now we do not know all the facts. If you say Miller knew that when he returned the gun Miles would shoot somebody, then you have something. Short of that Miller did nothing wrong.
Bottom line,
A young woman was murdered and
The shooter should go to jail

My only opinion on that matter was that the ncaa sanctions were nonsensical and would be removed after the media mob moved on. I was correct.
