I remember how Bama fans reacted to the Penn St fiasco. It was the same

“The police knew about Sandusky and didn’t move forward. What else was Paterno and Penn St supposed to do? They aren’t the law. And Paterno was never charged or even hinted at a crime by the DA, so how can anyone say he isn’t a good person?”

-That was their typical response. So they are consistent

Really, really fricking weird to compare this situation to a serial child rapist, as the prosecuting district attorney’s office in this case has flat out stated no crime was committed.

You people need help. I “hate” a lot of teams, but this is fricking weird.

OP is comparing this situation to one where a serial child rapist was allowed to rape children for literal decades, with help from the University.

Meanwhile, in Tuscaloosa - the prosecuting DA office has said Brandon Miller literally committed no crime.

Bama fans are not the delusional pussies here. Seek help.

What did Paterno legally do wrong? Apparently, as long as you aren’t legally charged with any crimes your good to go from a university standpoint correct?

Ethics don’t matter correct?

Right, just "in the wrong place at the wrong time." Perfectly normal, acceptable behavior to respond to a text in the middle of the night and bring a loaded gun to a parking lot outside of a bar.

Wasn’t his gun, wasn’t his business. He was asked to return by the owner of the gun. That’s all you know.

Paterno didn’t know the boys. Wasn’t his business. He knew the cops were made aware. That’s all you know

No, you’re attempting a really bizarro world “gotcha” - by using a child rapist whose actions were covered up by the entire university system for decades - and comparing it to a situation where every individual involved has cooperated with authorities from the night this all took place.

That’s fricking weird.

Internet user Maravich thinks this is sad.

Noted, esteemed message boarder Maravich, who definitely isn’t melting at all.
