Ron Franklin calling the '94 UGA@Bama game which is one of my favorites and I almost had a stroke as a teenager watching it...

It was a great era.
Watching Brad Nessler the last several years has been like hitting the snooze button over and over again.
Chris Fowler is a little bit better but he doesn’t hold a candle to Ron Franklin or Verne.

I miss Todd Blackledge doing Taste of the Town.
I miss Mike Patrick's calls.
I miss Adrian Karsten doing sideline reports from a sea of maniac fans.
I miss OU vs Nebraska and Auburn vs LSU
I miss watching PAC12 games late at night after watching football all day long.
I miss the traditional conferences that made geographic sense and therefore lead to regional bragging rights as to what area of the country played the best brand of football.
I miss Mike Patrick's calls.

All of the Big 12 schools know it. Not coincidental they fled their conference for the SEC.
