That should be a pick. They may not have a definitive angle on it though.

The correct call is probably an interception. They'll probably miss it twice - calling it incomplete, and the overturning without indisputable evidence.

Yep. Of course. At least that was the right call in the end, but you can't tell me that the video was clear enough to overturn.
