How does the Bama helmet number thing work in situations like this?

I always figured you'd use the year/
season.

ESPN has been using a 14, to represent the number of claimed national championships Bama has. Hopefully, you will note they'll put up a 15 helmet if they beat Notre Dame.

So if Mizzou switched to numbered helmets we'd have to use 0*?

certainly Mizzou historians can go back and find at least one publication, even a regional Boys Scout magazine, that said Missouri was their national champion.

Closest we got was 1960 and losing to kansas in the final game with them using an ineligible player.

Redleg bastards.

ETA: correct capitalization of kansas.

I should have added a border like this since the forum is white... didn't think about that at the time.
