It is a large base that didn't want CEO, and there is a much larger base that understand when LSU wasn't going to lure Jimbo Fisher or Interest Tom Herman that were willing to see Ed Orgeron get a shot at becoming HC, with him making necessary changes with certain position coaches, retaining Aranda, and hiring a top notch OC.
There is a much larger base of LSU fans willing to give him the benefit of the doubt to deliver SEC championship football and beyond.

Once LSU got the lead up to three scores every time the tiger "D" took the field it was still three score lead for LSU. Never in danger of losing the game.
