UF won the game...BUT, south carolina had 4 turnovers
Yeah it happens. If UF fans think turnovers cost them the UGA game I don't know how they don't think they cost SC the game vs UF.
Congrats UGA, a phenomena of 10 turnovers in 2 games allowed you to slip into the SECCG again.

I can't wait to hear the excuses next year

Uhhh, turnovers definitely cost USC the game against UF
Difference is, we only had 4 and blew y'all out. Plus, we caused all 4 of those turnovers I believe.

Yeah UF had 6 turnovers, but it's not like they just got the ball and then dropped it on the ground. Our defense was nasty and caused those turnovers.
But see, when South Carolina forces turnovers (2011) they are considered "gifts".
Love it.

Nope. We got the easier schedule this time. I can't wait for UGA fans to feel victimized. Then again it'll be hard to say anything about SC having an easier schedule than UGA when SC beats UGA for the 4th year in a row.

I'm about to "gift" my foot up your arse

three td's on 20 yards
that game definitely could have gone the other way

Can't dispute my point, can you?

Good point... all we heard from georgia fans leading up to the GA-USC game was that they gave the game away in 2011 with turnovers.....

I never said they were gifts or weren't warranted, I've only said what I've said to exonerate our defense. People say "omg UGA's defense gave up 45 points" when in fact they did not. I've never said "Yeah USC won I guess, BUUUUUTTTTTT it was only because of UGA turnovers"

Next year if we beat USC but lose 2 SEC games, I won't say a word. See, I understand that's how the system works and that's the rules everyone has to play by. If we don't have a good enough record to win the east, we don't have a good enough record.

You won't.

You probably will.

And there's the bookmark. I'm probably going to forget why I bookmarked this thread by then though.

Usc outgained Florida and held the Gators to 188 total yards. Id say the turnovers helped bigtime and the fact we had to play UGA then at LSU then in Gainsville. Usc would beat Florida nine out of ten times under different circumstances. We wouldnt turn the ball over four times or first play of the game again lol.

How many of those have you collected the past 3 years?

That feature isn't three years old...

I don't pay attention to these things. I think I've had one bookmark since it started.

I bookmarked a lot of threads this week

UGA had a +3 in turnovers against UF, and they still wound up with 10 less Offensive plays, 69 to 59
