Alabama WAS the SEC in the 1970s. From 1971-1979, Alabama lost just 3 Southeastern Conference games.

Not sure if serious? You mean the ones that were claimed years after the legitimate national champions were already crowned. Some of those "polls" were individual fans that came up with their own systems. Hell, you didn't claim them until old Wayne decided to make them up.

It's just a funny coincidence that for each of these championships we "claim", there has actually been a championship awarded to us. Yet we are somehow ridiculed for acknowledging that these Alabama teams were awarded championships...we are supposed to reject them and refuse to acknowledge them because opposing fans don't feel they are legit.
