that troy team would have beat the kansas team y’all lost to in 2016 by 2 touchdowns.

you were the one that brought up Troy in the first place. i simply just reminded you that your team lost to NCAA juggernaut kansas. enjoy the beat down in Austin in a week and a half.

No troll. The Texas posters that post here could probably tell you I hate their guts.
Actually, probably not.
I only hate that RedRat frick.

That plus attempting to implement a new offense that our defense is built to stop spells low scoring.
What offense is LSU installing that Texas is built to stop? From all we've heard from practice reports is LSU is installing more spread with more passing options. Texas ranked 110th in the nation in opponents passing yards per game in 2018. You talking about that stout defense? Did Texas actually stop ANY passing offenses last year? Texas actually got worse from 2017 to 2018 in pass defense. Texas has no chance at winning if LSU is able to move the ball through the air.

LSU has not ever, in their entire history, "moved the ball through the air."

Still not as bad as losing to Troy.
Yeah, but Texas was SWEPT by Maryland. SWEEP. SCRUBBED. SCOURED. SCRAPED. HOOVERED.
BY MARYLAND.

What exactly has Arkansas ever been succesful at?

This thread isn't about Arkansas.

You guys are attempting to implement an offense that we see nine times per year and you'll have exactly one game of experience with it when we meet. You're living in fantasyland if you think LSU can just press the install button and immediately start running it at a high level.
quote:And I'm betting you won't. Not consistently anyway. You don't have the reps.. One of two things will happen: You'll either stick with the offense no matter what happens, and lose. Or, you'll revert back to your old offense and then we'll see what happens. You're not gonna beat us playing a Big12 style of offense.

This makes them hard to stop
And Texas doesn't stop them even though they're built to stop them and see it nine times a year. You'd think Texas would stop someone given their vast experience each year yet they got worse. They won't stop LSU.

Burrow hit 73% of his attempts last year against Arkansas including a 40 yard TD dagger. Burrow passed on Arkansas at will.
Here's a link to the dagger if you care to relive it...

Good for El Burro. I honestly don't even care about Arkansas football for the time being. We are obviously not very good at the moment.
This thread isn't about all that, though. This is about how LSU is going to lose to Texas.
And look y'all, I don't even give a damn. I'm only posting it so later on, after it happens, I can bump this thread and piss y'all off.
