self-righteous rivals are just a fact of life when your head coach wears his religion on his sleeve... and when one of your players inevitably gets arrested, they'll all come out and tell you how fake it is (maybe it is, maybe it isn't?).

I have no problem if these guys want to drink and smoke weed in their dorms or apartments. I have issues with them driving and the police realizing they were behind the wheel and letting them off with a slap on the wrist.

The police pull them over and say "HOLY shite YOU WERE BEHIND THE WHEEL?! I THOUGHT THIS CAR WAS DRIVING ITSELF!"
And Mackey and Brunetti were arrested. How'd you miss that part? They didn't exactly get off with a slap on the wrist.
