This board loves to talk about what did A&M win - nothing.
We won a Legend. A Legend Aggies and all of America will always remember.
Compare to Billy Cannon. Cannon won the Natty in 58. But it was in 59 when he made the run that is still Legend and Lore in Baton Rouge.
LSU fans would even admit if every time Billy Cannon's run vs. Ole Miss was mentioned everyone said so what yell lost 2 games that year. Lost your last game. That would be ridiculous as this memory is celebrated in LSU culture as the greatest moment, player and time to be in Death Valley.
A&M now has that. The Lore and the Legend of Johnny Football will only grow over the years - and the play - at Bama not only won him a Heisman - it gave the Legend of Johnny Football a Cannon moment.
Then Shatters SEC Season records, Archie's single game record multiple times and the all time record for yds in a Bowl against old Conferences best team.
The Legend of Johnny Football - I will take that and consider it a win any day.

Texas A&M, where the moral victory trophy case is never empty.

For the betterment of society and this hallowed board, please post less, sterilize yourself, and start drinking a significant amount of Draino.
TIA.

The most important win last year was the recruiting and donation angles, which can be directly related to what Johnny Football and Kevin Sumlin have done for the program.
And that I wouldnt consider a moral victory after 2015.

Is Billy Cannon's run a moral victory?
What is with the hate from the "Aggies" on here.
I actually think this will make sense to LSU fans.

You're giving them a reason to bash us. Don't make any more threads.

Oh no - they are bashing us. What poster or type of individual are you trying to impress exactly.
You seem very serious about this. Funny thing is its a good post.

Cool story bro except Bama got redemption for the loss and Manziel was outplayed by McCarron.

As long as you think so, that's what counts.

LSU lost 2 that year as well. The Halloween Night run is still the most well known play in LSU History. I would say it edges out Earthquake.
Its a Legend. They are hard to come by.
