My dad fought and was wounded in Vietnam. He came home and was treated like shite for fighting in a war he was drafted into. I have a terrible amount of respect for the sacrifices our vets have made for our country. It doesn’t give you a free pass to be a dick whenever you please. And my dad always told me that soldiers like him fought to defend our rights. The right to disagree at the top of those.
