well first football is a game played on grass of artificial turf with an oblong ball. the idea is ti use strategy to move the ball a gross the field to your opponents "end zone"

It's simple: only Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mizzou have legit basketball fanbases. The rest of the SEC doesn't care about basketball. The exception here would be Florida which cares when it's winning but still isn't where it needs to be as a fanbase - Donovan's slowly changing that but it will take time despite all the success he's brought but really more gator fans need to be showing their support already.
That's a total of five teams that have a fanbase that cares versus the rest of the conference just doesn't care about basketball.
