I know no one here cares but the Gameday atmosphere in Fayetteville has gotten 100x better in the past 3 years. AD Jeff Long gets credit for that as much as Petrino for putting a winning team on the field. RRS is as loud and raucous as it's ever been.

What's interesting to me this year is watching 3 teams, Ark, Clemson, and Ok st., who are on the cusp of breaking through. Will they be able to take the next step when historically all they have done is get close. Winning that FIRST championship is always the hardest (talking recent history here). All are close, it will be interesting to see who, if any, or maybe even all, have what it takes.

Yeah, just imagine if he could get a good defense! Petrino would probably be 3-0 against LSU instead of 2-1.
