Why is it so hard for you bammers to grasp the concept that several MNCs were awarded each year back then? Especially when you are so quick to use an alternative to the AP to claim a MNC for certain years?

I get tired of this subject. I think we both have a legit claim to the 64 title, and we'll never agree on this subject.

Arkansas did not win either the AP or the UPI. However, I think they have a legit gripe about that.

The only way to settle this is to get all those old men back together again and play it on the field! I know Jim Lindsey can still hit and I bet Jimmy Johnson, Ken Hatfield, and Jerry Jones can still remember how to do it. After that though it might get a little sad...
