I think this game will be a war. Props to the gumps for a good season and all but I hope it becomes 7 in a row. Tell Saban if he yells at my boy JJ on the sidelines again, I am going to tear him a new one.

this is true. i was actually going to respond to that post myself but you beat me to it. i think his personality tends to rub off on the team when they have a two week break and they come out uptight and feeling the pressure to win. little too long to think about it
We played OM off of a bye this year and we dominated them in the first half but we came out flat in the 2nd.
I don't think the players will come out flat against AU considering they have dominated us this decade. I look for the seniors to take control of during practice to make sure they don't play flat on gameday. They definitely don't wanna lose to AU their last year.

I look for your boy to shred AUs secondary because of the chewing he got. He was struggling to get open until then but after that, he worked much harder.

I think this game is going to be a good one. I also cant wait. Its all us Aubies have to look forward to this year.

Yeah no matter what the records say, this game will not be decide until the 4th IMO. I know everyone says that we "should" win but this game scares me. We seemed a bit banged up against MSU in the first half so we need this bye week but I don't wanna wait 2 weeks.

I am ready for it, just hoping it doesn't end our perfect season! I will be so freakin nervous that day. It is going to be a hard fought game no doubt.

This years Iron Bowl will be like no other.Bama
has so much to gain going undefeated and Auburn has so much to lose with an Iron Bowl loss.Coach Tubberville has been known to be conserative with a double digit lead and Saban will do his best to blowout Auburn at home. Brodie could"nt beat us and JPW has fared no better. Auburn will play their best game this year.

Auburn will be down by 4-7 points in the last 5 minutes with a chance to win. I think bama wins

I think it'll be more like the Tenn and Miss St games. Close in the 1st half, but then Bama pulls away in the 2nd, jmo.

No one gives Auburn a chance. I think Tubbs is totally focused on winning the Bama game, it is their whole season. If Bama gets behind early look out, the choke collar will start tightening on the young Bama team. Auburn will play lose and confident while Bama will be tight. I hope the weather is good for a great game.
