This is a football conference and Arkansas did finish 2-10 and winless in conference. Arkansas is 1-15 in the last 2 years against conference foes. I can't even remember the last time Arkansas beat State in any sport. It's gotta be going on 3 years. Arkansas should probably go along with Missouri.
