Still no critical thinking? That was exactly my point. Web is suing Mizzou because of the uneven application of the new rule and he won his TRO against the NCAA in a St. Louis Court.
Edit: and now it appears he has a TRO against Missouri as well... All this uneven application of the rules is not going to fly in court.
The Texas player is in the exact same situation as Webb, with a TRO from a Texas court and Texas has put him on the roster.
