I don’t get how Auburn fans trash talk Bama. Bamas HC has already proven more as a D1 HC than Hugh or Harsin and he’s only been a D1 HC since 2020

If you start to think of Auburn fans as being like women, it makes a lot more sense.
They always live in their own filtered mirror based reality.
The more they can't have something, the more they want it while pretending it's not that important.
They will always remember that one time many years ago and will bring it up constantly.
And while they're fun to frick the shite out, you mostly regret it later when they won't shut up.

Yep. Auburn, in a nutshell, simply exist to bring down Bama, not actually win championships. The auburn men specifically have a 'little man' syndrome. Always remember this when trying to put their mind-set into context. I envy many SEC schools not having a little sister team in their state like Bama has.

Surely the masses are more sophisticated about NIL and what is going on. Every team in the SEC and beyond knows what the going rate is these days in NIL. There aren't many secrets. This kid is playing the system and wants a bidding war for his services.
Being an instate kid he has the luxury of taking bids and still getting what he wants in the end. I'm sure there is indecision as there is with a lot of guys, but these players are NIL smart enough now to let dollars help with their indecision.

40 plus years Tigers Unlimited GAF10 season ticket holder with 10 seats per season and OTV contributor. Attended Iron Bowls since the 70’s. Travel to away games.
More than likely have better seats in Bryant Denny than most of you.
Family member coaches in 7A HS in Gwinnett County, Ga and sends kids to the next level not to mention their relationship with the SEC coaches.
