55-17 broke you, which is not surprising since it was an historic beatdown of lsux in tigger stadium

It would be fun to read that game thread again. Anyone got a link? Willy, you got a link to that thread?

Awe poor little gump wants special treatment? Hurts was benched then replaced while entering his prime years at Bama and you morons cheered for it but are now claiming he’s your guy because he went on to have success at the next level. It’s pretty pathetic on your part.

You seem very angry, you’re clearly struggling on a very deep level with something. It appears you should be lashing out at Hurts (who always makes a point to claim Bama) instead of Alabama fans.

His best season, the season where he secured a legit chance to be a starter in the NFL, was at Oklahoma. Florida doesn’t claim Cam, Burrow isn’t an Ohio State guy and Murray isn’t considered an ATM guy. Bama and their cucks are the most insecure fans I’ve ever seen.

Jalen Hurts played in 3 National title games and 2 SECGs games for Alabama.

This was a dumb comparison as none of those other players never made a meaningful play for their initial team.

Weird, both Tua and Bryce Young were the #1 Qbs in their recruiting classes and neither showed any interest in playing for Linc

Bryce knew he had no chance to start over Rattler. He was scared of competition and knew he wouldn't have any at Alabama. Spencer Rattler is the best QB in the country and the second best is on the bench behind him, Caleb Williams. Both will be in New York for a chance to win the Heisman during the college careers,

And neither will play for, let alone win, the National Title

Fixed.

Won't have it much longer though

Nothing will change as long as Riley is here. He does a hell of a job with QB's.

Another straw man. I like Hurts and I predicted he’d be a starting NFL QB. I’m not a silly gump who holds grudges against players after they’ve left college but the fact is Hurts wouldn’t have been drafted where he was or in the situation he’s in had he not gone to Oklahoma and had the success he did there. You guys wanted him out and Tua in and are now only claiming him to make this pathetic argument because you’re insecure cry babies.

Two Heisman winners, no playoff wins between them, maybe this one will work out better.

I’ve always liked Hurts, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Like I said you need to stop lashing out at us and take this up with him as he’s clearly shown time and time again that he feels a closer connection to UA than he does to OU. Sorry that hurts you’re feelings so much I guess.

Jalen still carries his Alabama backpack around all the time. He wasn’t forced away from Alabama, he chose to leave so he could play. And it got him drafted.

Oklahoma QBs have been putting up big numbers since long before Riley was ever in Norman. A lot of it has to do with style of play in that league as much as Riley being a QB whisperer. It also doesn't hurt that his last few QBs have been Spencer Rattler (5* #1 pro style), Jalen Hurts (4* #4 dual threat), and Kyler Murray (5* #1 dual threat). Baker Mayfield is the only non blue-chip prosepct that turned into an elite college player under Riley at Oklahoma

Your projection is typical for someone using double standards and expecting others to ignore reality or use revisionist history.

Examples have already been given but the inescapable fact is that Hurts never gets drafted in the 2nd round to the Eagles and isn’t a starting QB in the NFL if he had stayed at Bama period.

And? I understand that’s your opinion on a hypothetical scenario you made up. What we don’t see you doing is making a point. He loves Alabama (way more than he does OU), is loved back by most fans, is an alum, had most of his production at Alabama, started multiple years, won his only hardware at Bama, etc. I can’t think of a similar example where the first school wouldn’t claim this connection. Is your stance that wherever a player plays his last down of football is the only school that can claim a connection to a player, for all of eternity? Nothing before that matters?
