Lane is giving us what we thought Hugh was preaching.

Auburn is getting sodomized by Maryland while we run the Lane train on Penn State.

For Hugh Freeze to make a bowl game after the talent he was left with was impressive.. Freeze has done something Kiffin will never sniff, he has Nick Saban's number.. I will play a 11-2 Lane Kiffin team any day over an average Hugh Freeze team.. Good job you won 11 games, but didn't have a shot in the 2 games that mattered

Comparing a coach in year one of taking over a dumpster fire to one who’s in his fourth season.

I hope you’re smart enough to understand just how stupid of a comparison you’re making here.

Year one Kiffin took over a dumpster fire and went 5-5 playing only SEC teams plus a #7 Indiana in a bowl game.

So he finished the regular season with a losing 4-5 record, including losing at home to a pretty bad Auburn team. As for Indiana, they only played 7 games in a Big10 that famously had almost all its best players sit out that season due to COVID. Their #7 ranking had more to do with lack of options than anything the Hoosers accomplished.

Auburn just went 3-5 and also lost to New Mexico fricking State.

So yes. Kiffin year 1 >> Freeze year 1. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Freeze isn't having to deal with the effects of crippling NCAA sanctions like Kiffin did his first season.....you know...the one that Freeze was responsible for.

So Hugh is now the catcher, not the pitcher

Again, you’re making an idiotic comparison. It’s obvious you’re emotionally biased. But get a hold of yourself because you’re making a complete arse of yourself.

you said we should make better comparisons because it's a year 4 vs a year 1 coach. I posted both coach's year 1 results. You can talk-down Indiana all you want that season, but they would have destroyed this season's Maryland.

Do you honestly think Lane Kiffin would have given Auburn worse results this season than Hugh Freeze did?

What about year 2 results? We can book mark this. Lane got us to a NY6 bowl his 2nd season. Can Hugh do the same for Auburn?

Hugh Freeze went 7-6 in his first year at Ole Miss

And the results were very similar, dumbass.

LMAO. You pulled that straight out of your arse. As stupid as comparing 2023 Freeze to 2020 Kiffin, it’s equally stupid to try and claim 2020 Indiana would “destroy” 2023 Maryland. It’s an unqualifiable assertion on your part that has no basis in reality. It’s idiotic to make such claims.

Another idiotic comparison. Based on both coaches and the talent available at Auburn , it’s doubtful even Nick Saban would have done any better. Again, you’re masking assertions blindly based on the fact you’re a fan of the team Kiffin is coaching and you’re too blind to see it.

Who knows what next year holds? Only an idiot would claim to know what will happen next season. But I see you’re making such a claim which tells me all I need to know about you.

Victory over Indiana = Blown out against Maryland.

Another idiotic comparison

It isn't. Considering how Auburn pushed so hard for Kiffin....it's a very much relevant thing to bring up.

Big yikes.

It's called a "prediction" dinkus.

*includes a bowl victory against Georgia Tech.

So that’s what this is all about. You read on the message boards hoe Auburn “pushed” for Kiffin.

And you believed it and you’re still mad about it.

quote:

I know in your pathetic mind that’s a prediction, but it’s an idiotic one. First, there’s no way to quantify your prediction, nor do you have a fact base to base your opinion on. Like I said, you pulled it straight out of your arse for the sole reason that saying 2020 Indiana would “destroy” 2023 Maryland sounds better for your bias toward Ole Miss. There is no way to make a good comped the two due to the weird nature of the 2020 COVID season.

You keep posting this but fail to see how it also pertains to you.

I’m not the one who’s on here making absurd assertions with nothing to back them up other than the fact I’m a fan of a team. You're the only one doing that. And, as I said, you’re making a complete arse of yourself in the process.
