Well, that’s just silly. If Bama wins out, we’ll finish better than LSU in just about every statistical category, including defensive statistics, and will finish with 3 of the Top 5 Heisman finalists. Not only will it be a better overall season by a wide margin, nobody in the history of the sport will have accomplished as much.
You don’t have to like it, but you better learn to love it, because there’s nothing you can do about it.

The only people I can find that believe Alabama 2020 is better than 2019 Alabama are a few diehard Alabama fans on this board.
There were even some reasonable Alabama fans in the MSB thread that admitted this team is worse.

I can’t imagine that being true. More talent on offense? Probably. Better overall? No chance. We were playing 4 freshmen in the front 7 on defense and were down to our 3rd string MLB. There is no rational way to argue the 2019 Bama team was better than this year’s team.
Unless you’re an LSU fan and you need that to be true, because the team you proclaim to be the greatest of all time only beat that hobbled, inexperienced team by 5 points.

I recommend going and reading the thread if you don’t believe me. It wasn’t dominated by lsu fans or Alabama fans. Sure they were there but there were tons of neutral perspectives. Like I said, I already know this years Alabama team will never be in the conversation so I’m not worrying about it

You need to get out more. Pretty mu+h everyone believes this team is better than last year, and I am not just talking Bama fans. I get that LSU fans are really invested in the GOAT nonsense that your whole fan base has circle jerked on for 11 months, but it is seriously not even debatable that 2020 Bama is a better team than 2019 Bama.
