I love these debates.
IMO 2019 LSU and 2019 Bama were better teams than this current bama team. I think Bama’s best team was probably 2011, even with the one loss to LSU.

In fact there was a comment with like 60 upvoted that said 2020 Bama isn’t better than 2019 Bama, which is something I’ve been saying for a couple weeks now

Despite 2019 LSU’s defense finishing 30th in the country and their offense averaging more than a full point per game less than 2020 Alabama.
But I get it. If we had followed up “the greatest season of all time” with a .500 season, I’d be clinging to it and kicking and screaming too. I don’t blame any of you.

Dude no one thinks 2020 Bama is better. There were tons of people in that thread that weren’t even lsu fans event though it’s an “LSU Site” and they also said it wasn’t close.

-Big10 winner played 6 games

-no true road games with hostile crowds

2020 Bama is better than 2019 Bama , which LSU could only beat by 5, by a pretty large margin.2020 also has no gimme games, and we didn’t play Vandy either.
