Bama has also never dominated LSU in BR.

Never?

I've been to a couple of arse beatings we delivered down there. Not in the last decade, but you did say never.

5th year Senior in TS

Redshirt Freshman

Good lord indeed

Well, it is a freshman that has shown more poise than the 5th year senior has up to this point. If Hurts hasn't been rattled by what's happened to him so far, then TS isn't going to phase him
lol, the true freshman has a better completion percentage, more passing tds, same number of ints, higher qb rating, many more rushing yards and tds, and has both a better offense around him and a better defense behind him, and has done this against the 11th hardest schedule in the country, vs 21st for lsu. Hes going to be fine. Some fat toothless drunk whore yelling tiger bait at him isnt going to matter

Correction, since I was old enough to remember. Earliest game I can remember between LSU Bama is 04. I'm a youngster. I really meant the Saban ERA though. My apologies.

He will be fine- might make calls/adjustments a little harder. Hopefully keeps LSU D pumped

you hit on a little sonething there. This whole Coach O renraissance thing is 100% emotional, team is pumped up. What happens when they get hit in the mouth? They have not had a hard game since miles was fired, got a nice unexpected bye week compliments of Florida to rest up. Teams riding an emotional wave tend to crash when things go wrong

LSU has to win a 24-20 type of game

Then you're screwed because LSU won't hold Bama to 20 points

You can't completely ignore the first 59 minutes in both of those games when Bama under-performed.

Another tiger rant myth. Alabama lead 14-3 at the half in 2012. It was an up and down game, not one that LSU "dominated for 59 minutes" like y'all enjoy telling yourselves

You do realize that the biggest difference is that LSU has a new offensive coordinator, right?

It's not all about YawYaw.

1st half vs SO Miss, we struggled. 2nd half, different team. Take it for what it's worth, but I havent seen that in a very very long time against anyone.

You aren't wrong but this will be the best defense they have seen. Each week they have gotten better.

You guys will understand if we pay absolutely zero attention to this, given the fact that we have to always listen to the same shite in the same year about Neyland Stadium. Blah blah blah, 100,000 fans, blah blah blah, toughest place to play, blah blah blah, hard for opposing teams to hear, blah blah blah.

This is one of the most important keys to this game for me.

I'm very interested to see how Hurts reacts to Tiger Stadium after yall have had all day to get good and rowdy. There is a reason its tough there at night. Y'all damn idiots start drinking at 5 in the morning and by game time its full on hysteria. By God it fricking works though.

I hope he doesnt get rattled. He hasnt yet and hes been tested with some pretty brutal hits and has had some bad plays that he came back from without acting like they ever even happened.

He's far more mature than any true freshman ive ever seen but this is gonna be a whole different animal for him. Looking forward to it, Tigers.

Fans will not play one single down
Noise does not affect ball trajectory or speed
The most over rated aspect of football is home field
Hurts will not be concerned with a drunk coon arse
When you play, you are not focusing on the crowd. Over the years Tiger stadium is drunk, loud and obnoxious during a night game.....and Bama has won way more than they've lost by a large margin. What is going on in TS stands will not impact the players between the lines.

What does matter:
If LSU plays well and Bama does not, LSU will win.
If Bama plays well and LSU does not, Bama will win
Whoever turns the ball over will probably not win
Whoever plays the smartest, soundest, error free, wins the matchup battles and controls the ball will win

Hank Boudreaux will have no bearing on it.

They went down 10-0 with the quickness to OM. I think we've seen how they can respond.

We were down 10 pts to the best 4 loss team in the country and pulled it together. Hope is a dangerous thing. We aren't les Miles team that if we are down 14 it is over.

I'm pretty sure this and this happened after sunset. How will he handle it? Maybe Hurts will lead the band.
