you dip your hips , see what you hit and hit what you see .(face mask stays up) when you dip your hips your face and crown goes up and you dont break your neck with your crown down ! Coach williams put us through this drill before every practice and no body ever got his neck hurt ! Another plus is you never loose sight of your target with your eyes up ! this is how you hit hard with out being dirty and saving your self from injury ! Sorry ! my topic was how to hit hard with your face guard with out hurting your self or missing your target !

He should have gotten flagged. He hit a defenseless guy. He wasnt paying attention and thought he wasn't down.
He wasnt taunting. they guy was mouthing at him and he was mouthing back. Like every other football player does. they all talk.
