If Spyre flew him to Dallas, the NCAA wouldn’t give a shite. They are alleging they flew him to Knoxville to go on an unofficial visit.

Absolutely, 100%, wrong.

Your dumbass logic is falling apart. If Spyre was founded by Memphis fans and they flew him into Knoxville, now what?

Recruiting him to the NIL collective not the school. Dude has national NIL deals.

Nope. Keep your head in the sand. Tennessee is getting nailed for this.
Booster provided the flight to Knoxville on a private jet. That is how Nico got to the university. It is a recruiting trip provided for by a booster.

Spyre isn’t a booster my guy.

An investor recruiting a guy to an NIL collective that’s not directly affiliated with the university of Tennessee is not acting as a booster.

James Clawson and Hunter Baddour are Sprye and are boosters.
The NCAA doesn’t start an investigation for no reason. They don’t until they have evidence. Once they have evidence they start digging deeper through the program.

I’m still not even sure what the hell the Vols Are alleged to have done?
They broke LITERALLY the only rule in NIL.
I hope they get the death penalty. Mostly I hope that for their inbred single-wide-dwelling fans. I have no ill will toward the football program.

All these fools got there hopes up for this?

I repeat, Spyre is not a booster, my guy.

So it says in there that both agreed the agreement to be governed by California law.
Why not Tennessee law?
Why not Tennessee law?

Because he lived in California.

He was on campus for three days. March 4-6. That is not flying into town for just an NIL deal and flying back.
It was a booster paid recruiting visit on a private jet. There is no getting around this for UT.
Sprye Sports Group are boosters.
Oops

Yes they are. They don’t have a single “client” who attends any school other than UT.
They have a link on their website to an event at UT with a link to buy tickets to a UT game to attend the event.
Saying Sprye Sports Group aren’t boosters is the same as saying that car dealership giving players cars isn’t a booster. Only the owner is.
