With all of the protective gear, most guys that are in relatively good shape could probably carry 10-15 times and be fine. I mean, they'd hurt, and they wouldn't probably gain any yards, and might fumble a bunch, but most average size guys in good shape 5'8-6'0, 170-190, would be fine.
Honestly, D2 schools come in, and in some cases, beat SEC teams, and those guys aren't always that physically talented, they're just in good shape.
Don't sell yourself short. Most people here would survive, they just wouldn't do anything but take the ball and fall down.
Not sure if serious or sarcastic.

a full game. I am taller than most people and have a good weight to be a RB in the SEC (241) but the thing hindering me the most is not being retardedly fast when I get into open space. oh well

most of these hits you see a rb take arent as bad as they look. WR are the guys that get blasted since they are out in space.

A full game (provided the coach calls play-action on every single down)

I'm fast as hell but not big. So..... one awesome run for a TD then I retire and take my talents down to South Beach.

Id probably last a couple games until we played Jadaveon Clowney at Carolina....then game over. He'd fold me up like a lawn chair. 6'0 205lb.

Well I'm 6' 2' 225 lbs so my size would be aight but even though I'm in pretty good shape for 39 its still 39. I'll say 7 if they are back to back carries and 15 to 20 if they are spaced out.

I think I could handle more than a few carried. Played RB all thru high school and played Div II for a yr....I think I could hold up pretty decently

I would take the handoff, "slip" and fall down, then lay there crying. Then I would have my mom call the coach if anyone made fun of me.

Depends on the type of play I think. I will go with 1, meaning I am sidelined after the second run. I mean 7 years in the Army did a job on my knees so they wouldn't hold up to much.

Yeah, I'm 40 so I can relate. I still have some good wheels but I wouldn't hold up for long. It takes me too long to recover these days.

Probably 100-200. They just would be for a yard at most

Yeah we are 39 and 40 but against a Pac 12 schedule we prolly win the Heisman...

I played Rugby for a lot of years and I am a big guy. With that said I am not "fast" but I would be a good short yardage back and could last an entire season (just not at my current age).

Its good that y'all have that old man strength but if y'all go down hard youre not getting back up. beleeee dat.

Would I have to block as well, or are we strictly talking running the ball?

I'm 6'2" 170 lbs
I would be broken in half on my first carry

"Snaps", a fair amount short of picking up the blitz. "Touches", I'm in the hospital pretty quick.
