The best Ole Miss team that yall have fielded in 30+ years is only favored by 3 over arguably one of the worst LSU teams in the last 20.

Congrats on season though!

It is a down year for LSU. Even Mike is feeling it.

How many Ole Miss starters would start for LSU?

IMO:
Wallace
Treadwell
Engram
Tunsil
Morris

Nkemdiche
Bryant
Prewitt
Conner
Golson

Gleason

Certainly none of our kick returners

That's convenient.

How many of Ole Miss' wins this century were because LSU couldn't get out of it's own way? I can think of at least 2. Quantity of talent isn't the entire equation.

I am glad a 6-2 record is now considered a down year for my Tigers. Most of the 90s I would have been ecstatic for a 6-2 start

That's why yalls fanbase is miserable. I'd be thrilled if Ole Miss starts 6-2 any year

What does that matter? We've had better coaching in our wins. Not our fault Miles squanders talent.

You know you are spoiled when you consider a 6-2 record a "down year".

La'el Collins
Vadal Alexander
Travon Dural
Leonard Fournette
Jamal Adams
Kwon Alexander
Danielle Hunter

Idk about Hunter. Just putting him because he's been our best defensive player.

2008 wasn't even close.

2009 was but Ole Miss controlled that game. LSU managed an interception on their opening drive. Ole Miss proceed to have two TDs called back on penalties and have the resulting FG blocked and returned for an LSU touchdown. I tell the story to illustrate the score was a bit of an illusion.

2013 LSU had no business losing but Ole Miss did what was necessary and capitalized on Tiger mistakes.

Last years game is the ultimate definition of "throw the stats" out the window game.

It's great to see this old SEC rivalry heating up again.
