Mixed bag. I love Jalen and want to see him succeed.

I am no fan of Oklahoma, though.

Even so, I suspect that both LSU and Ohio State win their games - maybe not "easily" but at least by 2 scores. I could be wrong though. I don't usually cheer for teams in games where Alabama isn't playing unless there is a direct benefit for Alabama (i.e. clinching the division, better bowl game, etc). Once post season starts I generally cheer for the SEC.

Rest assured though, if LSU loses, they will (and deservedly so) get reamed on the message boards.

Hey - Data Analyst -- show your research. Because I have seen some stupid shiite on this board, but this may be the weirdest take ever.

My data is so accurate and the science behind it is so complicated, I would not expect some local yokel fairweather fan to understand it

Local? Yes. Yokel? Nope. Fairweather? Spouse and I both graduated from LSU probably before you were even a blip on the radar. Both kids as well. I was a fan from "Cholly Mac" on. You go ahead and call it accurate and based in science -- I'll call it a pathetic attempt at trolling.

I’m just pulling for good games, however the melt on tiger rant would be incredibly entertaining if joe burrows doesn’t win a championship

Why would I root for LSU?

It accomplishes nothing for me.

I hope OU runs train on them and we’re swarmed with shitty land thieves posters until March Madness.

Pulling out your LSU fan "years of service". It is irrelevant to the sound statistical research I have done to come up with my "30% of LSU fans want LSU to lose to spite Coach O" study.

I don't factor that into it (for me personally), I konw this message board isn't real life and doesn't matter. But from a UGA perspective, OU is the only team we should want to win. There really isn't any other rational argument

LSU- in our own conference. We recruit against them somewhat frequently and are always going to be compared to them because of being SEC teams. Literally no benefit to UGA for them winning
Clemson- right next door to Athens and we recruit heavily against them. They are the trendy program these days due to recent success, them continuing to keep the train rolling helps us zero.
Ohio State- proximity not a factor here, and we dont' recruit a large number against each other but the handful we do go head to head wiht are all big fish. Nto to mention they are just a very unlikeable program in general
OU- no history with them, no hatred towards them, don't have a lot of recruiting battles, differenct conference far away, pretty likeable program in general.

I mean it's really a no brainer. It has nothing to do with "sour grapes you're just mad lsu beat you!" and has everythign to do with how it relates to our program.

this is ridiculous. i was an HUGE O doubter until about 2 months ago and NEVER once wanted him to fail. Ive literally heard one person say that in 3 years, and he was a troll

Same point I made earlier.

Now I am pulling for the Dawgs in your bowl game, but I completely understand your stance.

Then he beat Bama and you were magically on the bandwagon again. Good for you. I must have counted you in my 30% study
