You might not have said it, but I read countless times last off season how Arky receivers would be drafted in the first round.
No. You didn't. Feel free to prove otherwise but until then, it's all in your head. tFS type of in your head.

Darick, Justin Hunter, and Randle all had more talent in their left pinkie than Jarius had
Is this based off of where they will be drafted? I still think our guys can be good pros.

That being said you've got backs signing record contracts. Johnson, AP, Foster, etc. Guys like MJD and Rice are big time players. Getting a complete back that can pound the ball, block, and catch is huge. I don't care if they only have an 8 to 10 year shelf life. I don't understand why people even care about shelf life due to free agency. It isn't like that many guys have 15 year careers for one team at most positions.
The average career of an NFL RB is just under 3 years. the top ones go around 5 or so, they take such a pounding few last long now and most are taken out due to injuries.

Damn dude you've just got a wealth of useful insight. So succinct, and yet still so trite.

I look forward to following their careers. At least the old excuse of "JJ" won't be around to hamper RR.

Seems like your teams lack of talent is disturbing you.

Our talent finished #5 last year.
I guess only 1-4 have talent?

LSU is known for arguably the biggest bust in NFL history, any comments they make on draft day should be taken with a grain of salt.

Arkansas is like the white kid playing basketball that can only shoot. He can score against average people but he gets scoped by talented athletic players.

Last 5 years
White kids: 3
Talented athletic players: 2

Are you talking about sec championships or bcs bowls or just your Super Bowl? #mercyknee

The average life of any NFL players is about the same.
The top NFL RBs go longer than 5 years. MJD is one of the best and entering his 7th. Rice is entering his 5th. AP has played 5. Foster signed a huge contract going into year 4. Gore 7. Chris Johnson 4. Steven Jackson 8. Barry Sanders played 10 and people complained he left in his prime.
I think its fair to say you should expect 8 to 10 years from an elite back.

The talent gap between LSU and Arky this year was embarrassing for y'all.
