You know it will happen inevitably.
My guess is there will be 3 years of relative bliss, then things will begin to get dicey.

LSU’s expectations are so high right now that the fall is gonna be steep. According to them, it’s Ohio State and them ruling football in the NIL era. Anything less than multiple nattys and they will lose their minds. I give it to year three before they lose patience.

Frankly right now it's Ohio State and everyone else.
LSU's expectations are the same - Playoffs by year 4 then you need to be in at least every 3 years after. Competitive every season and we want to be real contenders every 5 years or so.
Yall are so mad because you know what Lanes mind and LSU's talent could become.

My fellow LSU fans are delusional, they think Lane is the 2nd coming of Saban and will win multi-championships. Also, he will retire a Tiger and be here for 20-30 years.
My guess year 3 fans will turn on Lane as he will at that point not even have a 10 win season.
