amazing how much energy these boogs still put into defending their saint! i don't understand the emotional attachment they have to Cam. at best, he was just a good quarterback that used auburn the way auburn used him. to win. mission accomplished. but he doesn't love auburn itself, or it would be more well documented. auburn is just a school to Cam. at least it's how it looks to me.

that's a cool opinion coming from an alabama fan.

I personally don't think it will ever go up until a all clear signal is given by the NCAA to AU. Surely AU isn't crazy enough to put one up until then

Has it ever occured to you that maybe the NCAA HAS given AU the all clear?

If Cecil took money then you don't have to prove anything, he would be automatically ineligble. Correct? We'll see I guess!!

Do you think the commish of the SEC would be someone who would be aware of the fact that an all clear has been given?

You are right, I tell people at games to chill out all the time. It is really sad when people get so consumed with college football. People who have kids and jobs and spend every waking moment caring about what other football teams are doing.

Here we go again Updykes. What is it going to take to prove Cam knew about what Cecil was doing ?

Well actually I was just going on what Cam is known to have said to the press. Now I could have thrown in "The money was too much" but I didn't.

I am in college full time and I will get on here during all of my classes. I also was hospitalized for a week and had about 2000 posts in that time frame. I post a lot on the OT and MSB as well.

Do me a favor and find posts or threads of mine that just flame people or show any obsession towards any team or player.

So what you are saying is, that any school that wins a NC with a player that stays only one year, has an illegitimate championship. Someone needs to tell the NCAA because they continue to award championships to basketball teams doing the same.

Can that quote above and "The Money's Too Much" coexist on the same statue?

The thread would have people defending Auburn, Not Cam.

And I do agree with the rest of your statement. I do not believe Cam had any real love for Auburn or hate. Just a tool to get his job done as he was a tool to get the job done for Auburn. In my eyes, Cam believe Au was just a school and I believe he was just a player. Both worked well together.
