They blocked the car and brought the gun. I’m confused?

Because he didn’t and it isn’t a crime to return someone’s personal property

DA is a Bama fan.

This is like when the local guy covered up for the Ahmaud Arbury murderers.

It's early.

If he doesn’t bring the gun is the woman still alive? It’s that simple? It’s also what the law says about accessories to crimes. He facilitated the crime by brining the murder weapon to,the killer and blocking the victims escape as well as Bradley who also blocked the Jeep in. This sounds like gang hit. UA and Oats are about to catch serious heat from national media.

Because he was Bama’s best player on their best team in decades.

They will have to charge him now.

The Tuscaloosa DA cut a deal with Nate Oats to not charge him until Alabama gets knocked out of the Round of 32.

Probably depends on state law
The cover up is a terrible look though especially if he provided weapon under any circumstance
Nba gonna black ball him just wait and see

I wonder if the “blocking” occurred simply by him turning on to that street. It’s pretty damn narrow

If Miller had intentionally trapped the Jeep, he’d be in jail

You are lying and should be ashamed of yourself. But as long as it drives traffic here - so what? Right?

Because that’s the Bama way. Cover up crimes for best player while suspending or kicking off a scout team player.

It’s also not a crime for a bartender to serve an adult a beer. But context matters. If that bartender over serves and the person drives drunk and kills someone, the bartender can be held partly responsible in many municipalities.

Returning the gun to its owner is not a crime, but given the context, yes, he should rightly be held partly responsible.

Seems quite the coincidence that not only Miller but Bradley also blocked the Jeep. Maybe if it was just one but two teammates cares blocked the Jeep in from leaving?
