I'll be happy to go far beyond "semi" with this one. People have lost their moral compass.

You've gone beyond logic and facts as well.

The GOP has fanned the flames of limp-dicked hysteria for political purposes and done a brilliant job of it.

I said very clearly, it's morally reprehensible for educators, politicians, and even parents to allow this behavior in schools. So far, all your comments have done is indicate what you've done with your value system.

Imagine how full of pus your brain has to be to get fired up about this issue.

Spoken like someone who doesn’t have a daughter, much less a daughter that plays sports.

The issue isn’t “it’s only 10 people in the country we’re talking about.” It’s the principle and the proverbial slippery slope.

And if your daughter was one of the 10 that lost a roster spot, or worse, a scholarship to a biological male, I guarantee you would feel differently. Unless of course your head is full of puss.

It's not good for women. Even the majority of democrats don't support this.

What behavior in school? The made-up bullshite that easy marks accept as gospel?

Men competing in women's sports to the disadvantage of women is a laughably rare occurrence. Certainly, one that doesn't require federal intervention.

The idea of men flapping their johnons around girls' locker rooms is some bizarre fantasy that the right seems to love wallowing in.

Make up a scenario, accuse one side of supporting it with no evidence.
Profit.

Two daughters, one who played NCAA soccer.

Both played at one time or another against "boy-ish girls" - from elementary through college.

It's a non-issue for anyone who isn't paranoid.

Would I want a sports body to have the ability to make a ruling on trans eligibility? Sure. But something that should be happening at the sports body level. This issue should be handled with one off lawsuits at most, not some hammer that profits off of demonizing kids who have troubles to begin with.

The principle is that if a person with an X and Y chromosome has a competitive advantage over someone that has to X chromosomes, then they should not be allowed to compete.

Not a tough principle. Not one that requires discrimination against a class of people, or in sports where there is no advantage.

And not remotely a slippery slope. You establish a rational basis for an unfair advantage, you get the competitor kicked off the competition. And as a bonus for you, the feel good feeling that comes wiht that.

Then you should get your head out of your azz and Google. As far as understanding the moral implications, I'm sure we are way over your notion of right and wrong.

In all fairness, ask a semi-serious question.

We have become bored with common sense, so we invented counter-intuitive bs so that stupid people could have something to study.

I did not read all the responses but here is the correct answer.

You are asking a logical question to a decision based on nothing more than emotions.

It is never going to make sense to someone who has a thought process in play.

Having these guys swinging their dongs in these girls' high school dressing rooms is reprehensible and a blight on society.

It is. Thankfully it only happens in the heated imagination of people who fantasize about such things happening....here in the real world it does not happen...it is FAR more likely that an adult cis male will flash his junk to a child in a public park than a trans child will do so in a locker room...infinitely more likely....

According to progressives there is no difference in athleticism between men and women. If that is the case, it begs the question, why aren’t women competing in men’s sports after all one of the main contentions is that women want to be paid as much as men and men sports pays much better?

WHY would a man who decides to be the opposite sex “WANT to flap their Johnson around in a girl’s locker room”?
