How in 2026 is it different playing for the Cleveland Browns than the LSU Tigers?

They are both teams in professional sports associations
Both have professional players
Both the NCAA and NFL are billion dollar industries
Hope the players prevail in their inevitable legal action against the SEC and Big 10, who have (to the best of my knowledge) unilaterally overruled a federal judge
Personally, I don't think college athletes should be paid a dime but that genie was let out of the bottle years ago
Those who were in favor of allowing professionals in college sports now must deal with the blurred lines they've created
Recent history of competing major professional football leagues:
AFL - NFL (Ultimately merged)
USFL - NFL (The USFL won the legal battle but lost the war and folded)
NCAA - NFL (The NFL has used the NCAA as it's unsubsidized minor league system for my lifetime, however I foresee a merger of sorts in the not too distant future. The two professional football organizations are going to have to work together to establish guidelines and clearer pathways for player promotion/demotion from the minors and back)

Because we have a better Quarterback.

It illustrates how broken the judiciary is as a system. We could go back to tar and feathering or riding rails to rein in these tyrants in robes.
