I graduated highschool with lacy. He was jacked the whole time and missed almost evey workout. You put him somewhere and make him workout he will get big.

20 pounds of muscle in 3 years isn't hard to believe at all. In fact, if your players aren't putting more muscle on during that time, I would question their work ethic.

I am not gonna blame anyone without proof, but I find it ridiculous that baseball has caught so much shite for steroids, but you hardly ever hear about a college or NFL player being on them.
