At least college basketball is somewhat relevant nationally. College baseball, not so much.

People care about basketball at LSU. We are terrible at the moment but i think we made a final four a lot more recently than Tennessee has.

Glad to hear it. There are 5 or 6 schools in the SEC that take our baseball very seriously. You may have heard that LSU has won a couple games.

We used to care. When was the last time the PMAC even appeared close to capacity? It was probably a free cane's game.

probably the year after we went to the final four. we win 3 conference games a year. that has more to do with it.

As soon as your new coach makes you any good you'll jump right on that bandwagon.

Can one of you Aggies tell me what the capacity will be and what you averaged in attendance last year because i don't wanna look it up.
11. Texas A&M 3,994
Would have finished 6th in the SEC so not to bad.
For comparison:
1. LSU 10556
2. Ole Miss 8,156
3. Arkansas 7,932
4. South Carolina 7,431
6. Mississippi State 6,103

I hope they kick arse..
Just like I hope the Lady Vos in basketball, the rowing team, and everyone else in orange does. But I doubt I'll be sitting at home searching for the game on tv. We made a college world series some what recently and no one gave a frick then, why would we now?

Ole Miss. Thanks for pointing it out!

I think capacity would be around 7k. In 2006 we averaged close to 6k per game, not sure why it's been dipping down under 4k now adays.
