How do programs like Auburn and Florida ever go 3-9/4-7?

In what way is early 90s NCAA football comparable to the present day?

Not in resources, revenue, exposure, TV contracts, coaching salaries, recruiting.. Pretty much everything that matters. It's a completely different game now.

Florida and Auburn have all that money and resources and still lay 3-9/4-7 clunkers.

Unfortunately.....

We have former coaches Archer AND Hallman to remind us how bad things can get. And to NEVER settle for a losing season. Much less twice.

I recall LSU having 7 losing seasons in a 10 year span...

That's something it took UF 56 years to achieve

I like how you didn't even mention Tennessee because it's just such a shitty program.

You can only be a total dumpsterfire on offense for so long.

I remember preferring to forfeit the Florida games rather than lose 55-0.

I remember struggling to beat Kentucky, OleMiss, or MissSt.....regularly. And we'd usually lose.

So you'd like to only consider the last 17 years of a game that began in 1869?

Dude STFU and GTFO with this amateur nonsense.

Signed,

An LSU Fan

The LSU football started in 2000 joke is becoming more stale each season. That was almost 2 decades ago. People are going to need new material soon. LSU hasn't had less than 8 wins since then.

Joke? LSU's media guide even makes several references to stats starting in 2000
