The stadium stayed packed and every single home game was sold out during the dark years

This isn't entirely true. The number of tickets sold was usually higher than the actual game attendance.

Actually, pre-2000, LSU won 7 SEC titles. Ole Miss won 6. Pretty close, no?

What got Alabama fans through the post Bryant/pre Saban years from 1982-2007 was a couple of split SEC Titles in the 80's, two outright SEC titles and a National Title in the 90's, and the kowledge that we were a sleeping giant and it was only a matter of time until we went on another dominant run. That would be the golden era for most college programs, and it was our "dark ages".

You are an embarrasment to real auburn fans everywhere. You are the stupidest most pathetic wannabe fan that has ever posted on these boards. You dont even know when your team went undefeated. You should be banned for being that big of a first class idiot. SCHEDULE LINK

Well ok #1 we didn't share the 1958 NC with anybody

#2 Ole Miss has never finished #1 in a major poll and

#3 Since when are National Titles the only measurement?

False. Although that's always been true in Auburn.

They're a pretty good measurement. Who said they were the only one? I already posted the fact that pre-2000, LSU won 7 SEC titles, Ole Miss won 6.

The FWAA disagrees, as does Iowa's Grantland Rice trophy.

All I know is Florida, Georgia, Auburn and LSU all have more SEC Championships and a better BCS record this century than Bama.

It is what it is.
