College Baseball? What does it do differently than MLB that is a good thing? How does it differ?

I just like the college atmosphere better...plus MLB has too many damn games

I've lived in Arkansas all my life and don't have a tie to any pro team...but i grew up a die hard hog fan so i keep up with baseball just like i do with football and basketball. Chris Oliver having 10 strikeouts this past sunday meant just as much to me as if Yu Darvish or someone did it, but only hog fans probably know who he is lol

College sports aren't profitable. About half the the FBS schools make a profit in football. The overwhelming majority of schools lose money on athletics.

You know, that is why I said Full scholarships and made an equal comparison to full scholarships offered in basketball.

But I only do this because I'm not trying to twist numbers and statistics to back up a false claim.

You should try that.

Oh you're twisting with the best of them. But no matter how you try, the facts are the facts.

This will be season number three for LSU baseball to eclipse 400K, btw. I only say that because I know it rustles your jimmies to know that.

Baseball is a major sport in the SEC. Anyone arguing against it is wasting their time and probably a soccer fan

Hockey is a major sport in some areas of the country. It would replace baseball at those schools.

I mean I guess it's the third most popular sport but it's so far behind the other two I don't think it's a big 3

1. Football

2. Basketball

3. Baseball

4. Womens bball

3. basketball

Has the potential to be a profitable program if you aren't a shitty team or school. I believe USC Ark and LSU all make money on baseball.
