My prediction: BAMA 35 LSU 17

Just one question!

What was your prediction last November?

I had a conservative score predicted last year. About 17-9 or 17-15. With all the hoopla surrounding the offenses
it just seemed to me that these teams might just brace up on the emotions of the game and play a surprisingly better
Defensive game than might be anticipated.

Still a close game just in the other direction. Now, did I answer your question for you, kid?

Allegiance is on the safe side on the conversation that's for sure. LSU isn't on some giant upswing, more like lightning in a bottle ala Cam (Burrow) 2010. LSU will quickly go back to LSU.

Not quite true. A&M made it easier for the rest of SEC to recruit Houston.

LSU is well past the days of being Alabama's side bitch. They've caught up to the 21st century with their offense, which was always the biggest difference maker when they played the Tide. Alabama will always have the talent advantage over everybody, at least until Saban is gone, but they can no longer just show up and show out.

If they lose, it will be a battle, because now LSU has an identity on both sides of the ball, not just the D.

Yup!

My real Q was does he have ANY IDEA when making a BS prediction like 35-17?

Your 17-15 guess tells everyone reading that your guesses are akin to taking a flying fk at a rolling doughnut. And “posing” that the game was as close as 17-15 “in the other direction” puts you in TIDE FICTION Jeopardy category for $1000 Alex ahem Todd

You have no CLUE behind a 35-17 guess!

It’s a crap in one hand wish in the other which fills first (a daily 2 liters of flatulence) guess

I’m marking this post as a candidate for the GUMP TOP 10 Dummy Awards 2020.

After we play Texas (you play GA), we’ll let you CRAWFISH on your flatulence!

My LSU 44-34 guess, on the other hand was within a TD both ways. I won a steak dinner from my grandson on that one.

But I read available prognostication and hear what all the guys have to say and weigh that on what I’ve seen and heard.

I can do 70% ATS this season picking three teams each week if I’m as good as I was last season!

We can set the thread up and do a Top 3 weekly ATS picks (Teams have to include the Top 5 SEC teams when playing)

We'll see. It's far more likely it was a one time lucky season than they'll actually keep producing. The record is still 1-8 over the last 8 years.

The past has no effect on the future in this case.

Yeah. New coaches, new offense.

Let's revisit this in a few years and see who's having more 3 loss seasons.
