The team won't win outside of a big fluke until those who are sour about Bielema being fired rotate out. Three years, two at the minimum.
Really, Bret needs to call some of these guys and remind then that they're ruining their own futures by not buying in. It makes them less likely to get to the NFL, and makes the power brokers in the fan base less likely to help them out after school is done.
Arkansas fans have long memories. Shouldn't be that way, maybe. But it is.
There are three ways to be successful as a student athlete: playing school, playing in the League, and playing your in-state fame to open doors.

I really don't think this is the issue. Bert handled the firing about as well as he could have with regards to the team. He wanted them to embrace the new coach. I don't think the players aren't performing well because they are still upset about the Bert firing.

Arkansas is on a four game win streak against them. I have no idea how but they are. That’s a weird stat I bet people wouldn’t guess

It will end in a tie but no one will get to see it because they will remove it off the air and put something else worth watching on.
