Saturday's performance BTH was absolutely inexcusable. I'm glad that it happened against an FCS school, and I'm even more glad that the players will be able to take out their frustrations on a deserving opponent.

Playing terrible and winning by 17 despite 4 TO type plays and then simply killing clock at the end proves a point though. Other teams lose when they play terribly.

Kent State is no powerhouse, but they aren’t FCS (they are in the MAC) and they also aren’t nearly the worst MAC team, as they won their division last year.

Kent State played and lost to Northern Illinois in the MAC championship last year.
Kent State had beat them during the regular season. Not a bottom feeder.
