The back of the video board is going to be a giant A&M billboard in the sky for all to see coming from the south (Houston).

Sorry for going a little crazy with the pics. I limited to about 25% of the recent ones on TA.

Kyle Field looks amazing. Cannot wait to see how loud it will get this year.

Wasn't there some sort of crazy troll thread last off season about how texas a&m/college station doesn't have many trees?

That shot of Kyle Field is fantastic.

Two photos of LSU's expansion from today:

I want to see what Tiger Stadium looks like from the Mississippi River bridge.

It looks pretty damn imposing, but trying to take a picture while driving across that bridge seems like such an incredibly bad idea.

I still haven't gotten used to seeing a third upper deck from that perspective.

Not a bad idea.

The golden girls will be able to take the visiting players attention away from the game.

Is the New Kyle Field now the tallest stadium in college football?

It doesn't look that tall from the outside.

I really like the tall arches at Kyle. Reminds me of Globe Life Park in Arlington. Really unique and embodies Texas perfectly IMO.

Yeah I like those, too. Happy we're keeping the motif that kind of began with Blue Bell Park.

Can't wait to see it in person.

Kind of glad I didn't go last year. Now, I'll see Kyle for the first time in it's new and expanded state.

It looks tall of course. I'm just saying that by the new pics, it doesn't look like one of the tallest stadiums. The up-close ones. Not the six mile away ones. I mean it probably is. Seems like it should be. Just sayin those new pics don't really look like the tallest at all.

From the pics, it really looks like a whole 'nother building entirely. Crazy what they've done this offseason.

Fair enough.

I don't really care if it's the tallest or not, but I do know it's probably in the convo at least. Thing was towering before the renovations and it's obviously even taller now.

I also think Kyle is one of those stadiums that it's hard to grasp the sense of scale until you go in person. Even I'm having a hard time fathoming it and I've been around the thing since I was a kid.

I feel the same way about Tiger Stadium's size and I see it just about every day. Sometimes I catch myself thinking "damn, that thing is massive."
