Houston is gonna coach every game like it's boise vs oklahoma in a bowl game. I am a lil worried about the egg bowl now. He doesn't have to give a shite about recruiting and he can just have fun. He'll pull out one of those signature houston wins.
He'll be burning redshirts left and right

The only way Malzahn takes Ole Miss is if he doesn't get UNC. Not sure if Kirby would take it b/c he seems to believe he has a great shot at the Bama HC when Saban leaves.
I have heard that Hudspeth is high on the list and that Mazzone will get an interview (not sure if serious or just to put his name out there).

So Boone is looking to step down too.
We are hearing and have heard from strong sources that Pete Boone will announce his intentions to retire from his post as Ole Miss' athletics director today, effective upon the successful hiring of his successor. We are hearing that Ole Miss will employ a search committee headed by former UM quarterback Archie Manning and FedEx vice-president Mike Glenn to search for the Rebels' next head coach and also the next athletics director. We are also hearing Ole Miss will employ the services of a national search firm to assist in both of those endeavors. We have told been told Boone will have no significant role in either of those searches, though he has informed chancellor Dr. Dan Jones that he is willing to stay on to run the day-to-day operations of the athletics department until his successor is in place. --Neal McCready

I can't wait to hear all the rumors of the coaches they will be getting. It will be a who's who of the best coaches in the nation. Just wait till you hear some of the names those crazy sons of bitches will come up with. I guarantee you will laugh.
This.
I'm guessing we will hear Saban, Miles, Pete Carroll, Bob Stoops, Gruden, Petrino, Mack Brown etc.

You never know. Look at us. We went out and hired Franklin, and he is a top 3 coach in the SEC. Maybe he has not passed Saban, but he is better than Muschamp, Spurrier, and Richt with what he is working with. We will win the SEC East next year. He was an unknown before we hired him. Why not hire Kirby Smart or Gus Malzaht.

Really? So your THAT GUY HUH? You know, the guy. The one who goes around and acts like this is a Grammar/English chat room. I Could giv a shite les if you like the way I type or not. I have a nice job, I make a good living and I support my family and I come on here to talk about sports, not go around worrying about if other people are making grammatical errors or not. Grow up.
well actually, the main reason i corrected it was bc ur post was pretty stupid combine that with the irony of you being a state fan and not know the difference between "there' and "their"....i couldnt resist

idk why LSU fans wish he would have waited til after we played him.
because the team has already quit on nutt.
if they don't already have a replacement in mind, they didn't learn a thing after Cutcliff. that leads me to believe Mike Leach may be the replacement.

If I'm Miles I hire Nutt as some sort of motivational, offensive wrinkle guy. That guy gave LSU fits at both Ark and Ole Miss and it will be nice to not have to face him every year.
I could see him at a Big 12 school or maybe a Big East school one day

Too bad for him....Seriously- I've always thought he was a good man.
He was always willing to give his time to some of the smaller, local sportstalk shows down here. You can't say the same thing about everyone in the SEC....
